The Amazing Race Season 37 (Episode 7)

​In Episode 7 of The Amazing Race Season 37, titled “Be One with the Hay,” the teams traveled from Dubai, United Arab Emirates, to Sofia, Bulgaria. This leg featured a blend of cultural tasks and strategic gameplay.​

Challenges

Detour: “Haystack” or “Woodstack”

Haystack: Teams searched through haystacks to find a traditional Martenitsa bracelet.

Woodstack: Teams transported 200 kg of firewood using a wheelbarrow and backpack to a local home.​

Double U-Turn:

Melinda & Erika U-Turned Nick & Mike.

Nick & Mike U-Turned Han & Holden.​

Roadblock:

One team member milked a sheep to collect half a liter of milk, then consumed a bowl of Bulgarian yogurt.​

Elimination:

Nick & Mike: After being U-Turned by Melinda & Erika, they struggled with the Haystack Detour and were unable to recover, leading to their elimination.​Stay tuned next Wednesday at 930 pm est for Episode 8 .
